RESOLUTION AGAINST DEMOCRATIC CENTRALISM

  1. The declaration of October 16 defines our position regarding the party and the line of our work within the Party. Anyone who disagrees with the declaration of October 16 has not understood the whole situation and has no right to claim any solidarity with us.
  2. The proposal to create the appearance of an “August bloc” [1] is an inadequate imitation of Stalin’s insinuations.
  3. We have presented our position on the urgent issues of the party in the plenary sessions of the Central Committee, in the party conferences and in the ICCI [2], and we will continue to do so before the Party, defending and developing our points of view.
  4. The persistence of the comrades of the D.C [3]. on a clearly wrong path can, in our deep conviction, have disastrous consequences for the D.C. and harm the cause of the proletariat.

РЕЗОЛЮЦИЯ ПРОТИВ ДЕМОКРАТИЧЕСКОГО ЦЕНТРАЛИЗМА

  1. Заявление 16 октября определяет наше отношение к партии и линию нашей работы в партии. Кто не согласен с заявлением 16 октября, тот ничего не понял во всей обстановке и не имеет права ссылаться на какую бы то ни было солидарность с нами.
  2. Предложение создавать подобие “августовского блока” [1] есть не- уместное подражание инсинуациям Сталина.
  3. Наше отношение к больным вопросам партии мы излагали на пленумах ЦК, на партконференциях, на ИККИ [2]  и будем излагать и впредь перед партией, отстаивая и развивая наши взгляды.
  4. Упорство товарищей из д. ц. [3] на явно неправильном пути может, по глубокому нашему убеждению, иметь гибельные последствия для д. ц. и причинить вред делу пролетариата.
