APPEAL TO THE WORKERS OF THE ROGOZHSKO-SIMONOVSKY DISTRICT.

Comrades!
New repressions have been unleashed on the workers of the USSR, and mass arrests have resumed in factories and plants. The number of revolutionaries arrested in the USSR has already surpassed the number in any fascist state. The GPU and the Central Committee, having dropped the reins of the revolution, are marching victoriously at the head of the European reaction. This comes as no surprise to the proletarian opposition. Back in December 1927, the ‘Group of 15’ warned that repression was inevitable if the proletariat failed to organise resistance to the criminal policies of the Central Committee. Over the past year, the pressure on workers has intensified, becoming brazen and overt. In a situation of rising prices, quotas are being increased and wages reduced, while the 8th Congress of Trade Unions proclaims a new increase in labour productivity as the task of the day. Where do the profits obtained through predatory, barbaric exploitation of labour go? They are devoured by the parasitic apparatus, the bureaucracy. The bureaucrat is the enemy of the worker, the bureaucrat is in power. Every worker must understand that THE DICTATORSHIP OF THE PROLETARIAT NO LONGER EXISTS. THERE IS NO LONGER THE POWER OF THE WORKING CLASS. Renegades and traitors have stifled the revolution, and now they are trying to stifle the working class, turning it into a blind and obedient tool for their treacherous goals. BUT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. The Russian proletariat did not fight tsarism and the bourgeoisie for decades, did not make a revolution and build its own state, only to fall victim to the deception and provocation of lapsed revolutionaries 12 years after October. The proletariat will respond to the government’s provocation with struggle. The dull and talentless rule of Rykov and Stalin has brought the country to bankruptcy. There is no bread, no goods. Discontent is growing. The worker is discontented, the peasant is discontented. What is the way out? Heavier burdens on the backs of workers. Who can they rely on? The government, confused and disoriented, is seeking an alliance with the kulak, but the kulak demands cheap goods from abroad, and so the abolition of the state monopoly of foreign trade is being prepared. Capitulation to the world bourgeoisie is being prepared. “Any concessions to imperialism, just to keep power” — that’s what the traitors from the Central Committee and the Council of People’s Commissars think. “Never”, answers the worker, who knows that he alone will pay the price of the bondage.
The government tries to weaken the growing resistance of the proletariat with arrests and exile. The outcome of this struggle will determine whether the proletariat succeeds in defending its rights, or whether the government, in alliance with the kulak and on the orders of the world bourgeoisie will reduce him to the status of a Chinese coolie.
What should the worker do? BUILD HIS OWN REVOLUTIONARY PARTY. The All-Union Communist Party has died, the All-Union Communist Party is a corpse. Only the opposition, expelled from the All-Union Communist Party, remains faithful to the revolution. Through all the trials and tempests of the coming days, it will carry the banner of Bolshevism, the banner of the proletariat, to victory.
WORKERS, ORGANISE AROUND THE PROLETARIAN OPPOSITION! The opposition has been driven underground. But the repression and persecution by enemies hiding behind the name of communism will not break its strength. The voice of the revolution from the underground will resonate as powerfully as it did during the years of tsarism.
Comrades, workers, the opposition calls on you to fight against the bureaucratic regime.

ОБРАЩЕНИЕ К РАБОЧИМ РОГОЖСКО-СИМОНОВСКОГО РАЙОНА.

Товарищи!
На рабочих СССР обрушились новые репрессии, на фабриках и заводах возобновились массовые аресты. Число арестованных революционеров по СССР уже теперь является рекордным по сравнению с любым фашистским государством. ГПУ и ЦК, сбросившие с себя узду революции, победно шагают впереди европейской реакции. Для пролетарской оппозиции в этом нет неожиданности. Еще в декабре 27 г. «группа 15» предупреждала, что репрессии неизбежны, если пролетариат не сумеет организовать отпора преступной политике ЦК. За истекший год нажим на рабочих усилился, стал наглым и откровенным. В обстановке растущей дороговизны повышаются нормы, снижаются расценки, а 8-й съезд профсоюзов провозглашает задачей дня новое повышение производительности труда. Куда идут накопления, добытые хищнической, варварской эксплуатацией труда? Они пожираются паразитическим аппаратом, чиновничеством. Чиновник – враг рабочего, чиновник – у власти. Каждому рабочему должно быть ясно, что ДИКТАТУРЫ ПРОЛЕТАРИАТА УЖЕ НЕТ. НЕТ БОЛЬШЕ ВЛАСТИ РАБОЧЕГО КЛАССА. Ренегаты и предатели задушили революцию, а теперь пытаются задушить рабочий класс, превратив его в слепое и послушное орудие своих предательских целей. НО ЭТОМУ НЕ БЫВАТЬ. Не для того русский пролетариат десятилетиями боролся с царизмом и буржуазией, не для того делал революцию, строил свое государство, чтобы на 12 году после Октября пасть жертвой обмана и провокации вчерашних революционеров. На провокацию правительства пролетариат ответит борьбой. Власть Рыкова-Сталина, тупая и бездарная, довела страну до банкротства. Нет хлеба, нет товаров. Недовольство растет. Недоволен рабочий, недоволен крестьянин. Где выход? Новый нажим на мускулы рабочих. На кого опереться? Правительство, запутавшееся и растерянное, ищет смыка с кулаком, но кулак требует дешевых товаров из-за границы, и вот готовится отмена монополии внешней торговли. Подготовляется капитуляция перед мировой буржуазией. Любые уступки империализму, лишь бы сохранить власть. Так рассуждают предатели из ЦК и Совнаркома. Никогда, отвечает рабочий, который знает, что он один будет расплачиваться за кабалу.
Арестами и ссылками правительство пытается ослабить растущее сопротивление пролетариата. От исхода этой борьбы будет зависеть, удасться ли пролетариату отстоять свои права, или власть в союзе с кулаком по приказу мировой буржуазии доведет его до положения китайского кули.
Что должен делать рабочий? СТРОИТЬ СВОЮ РЕВОЛЮЦИОННУЮ ПАРТИЮ. ВКП умерла, ВКП труп. Только изгнанная из ВКП оппозиция остается верна революции. Через все испытания, через суровые бури грядущего дня знамя большевизма, знамя пролетариата она понесет навстречу победам.
РАБОЧИЕ, ОРГАНИЗУЙТЕСЬ ВОКРУГ ПРОЛЕТАРСКОЙ ОППОЗИЦИИ! Оппозиция загнана в подполье. Но репрессии и преследования врагов, прикрывающихся именем коммунизма, не сломят ее силы. Голос революции из подполья будет звучать так же мощно, как звучал он в годы царизма.
Товарищи рабочие, оппозиция завет вас на борьбу с бюрократическим режимом.
